Privacy Policy

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. That is unusual enough to be worth explaining rather than asserting, so this page explains it.

Last updated 10 August 2026

1. Who this policy is from

This policy covers ultimocall.com and the email address published on it, both operated by ULTIMOCALL Audio (“ULTIMOCALL”, “we”, “us”). If you want to reach a human about anything on this page, write to ultimocall@ultimocall.com.

2. The short version

  • No cookies are set by this site, and no consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no fingerprinting.
  • Nothing is written to localStorage, sessionStorage or any other browser storage.
  • One third party is contacted when a page loads: Google Fonts. That is described in §4.
  • If you email us, we keep the email and use it to answer you. That is the whole of it.

3. What this website collects

Nothing, directly. The site is a set of static files. There is no account system, no login, no comment form, no newsletter sign-up, no cart and no session. The only JavaScript on the page handles navigation, scroll effects, the model filter, the FAQ accordion and the form described in §5, and it neither reads nor writes browser storage of any kind.

4. Third-party requests

The pages load two typefaces — Sora and Inter — from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address and user-agent string as part of that request and handles it under its own privacy terms. No other external host is contacted: no CDN scripts, no embedded video, no social widgets, no maps, no chat.

Both stylesheets fall back to system fonts, so blocking those requests changes how the site looks and nothing else.

5. The message form

The form on the homepage and on /contact has no backend. When you press send, the fields are validated in your browser and then assembled into a draft in your own mail client. Nothing is transmitted anywhere until you press send in that mail program, and if you close the draft, nothing leaves your machine at all.

If your browser blocks the handoff, the page tells you so and asks you to email us directly. That is the same inbox either way.

6. Email you send us

When you write to us, we hold your name, your email address and whatever you chose to put in the message — typically a model, a quantity and a delivery country. We use it to answer you, to fulfil an order if you place one, and to handle a warranty claim if you make one. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone who is not needed to get a parcel to you, and we do not add it to a marketing list; we do not operate one.

Enquiries that do not turn into an order are deleted within twenty-four months. Records tied to an actual order are kept for as long as the warranty runs and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.

7. Orders and payment

Orders are placed by email and paid through a payment provider, both of which happen outside this website. We never see or store your card details — the payment provider processes them under its own privacy notice, which is linked from the payment page itself. To ship your order, your name and delivery address are passed to the carrier.

8. Hosting and server logs

The site is served from Cloudflare's edge network. Like any web server, it records requests: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response status and user-agent. Those logs exist for security and for keeping the site up, they are retained for a short period by our host, and we do not use them to build any profile of you. We have no ability to associate a log line with a person.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Because the only personal data we hold is email correspondence and order records, a request usually amounts to “send me what you have” or “delete my emails”, and we will do either within thirty days.

Write to ultimocall@ultimocall.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority for your country.

11. International transfers

Email, hosting, payment and delivery involve providers who may process data outside your own country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms those providers put in place.

12. Changes to this policy

If the site changes in a way that affects this policy — an analytics tool, a form backend, a checkout — this page is updated in the same change, not afterwards, and the date at the top moves. There is no version history to consult; the date is the version.

13. Contact

ultimocall@ultimocall.com reaches us for anything on this page, including a data request.
